Clicky click click!
Hopefully one of you computer experts will be able to help me with this little problem that I'm having.
I'm using IE 5.5 and every time I click on the back arrow (or hit backspace on the keyboard), or the forward arrow I get this really annoying clicking sound. It started off as just a single click, but now each time I hit the button I get 3, 4 and sometimes 5 clicky noises. Its not really a problem but it is very annoying!!
I've tried looking in the Internet Options bit but I cant find anything on how to turn these off. Now I may have just missed it, but if anyone could, I'd be very greatful if you could tell me how to get rid of the clicking sound.
Thanks,
PilotEddy

Try going; Start; Settings; Control Panel; Sounds; Windows Explorer, "Start Navigation" and left click to highlight it. (It should have a speaker symbol by it).
This will open up the box "Sound Name", select "none"; Apply; Close.
Banished for ever!!!
Hope this helps.
