How do you change the items of the pop-up window when you press the RIGHT mouse button when you pointer is placed over the START button?

Run the registry editor. .Start->Run->"regedit". .Drill down to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell. .Create a new key for the menu item. .(right click on "shell" & select new key). .type name of menu item. .right click on new item & select "new key". .name of new key is "command". .left click on "command" & then double click on "default" in right hand pane. .type in command to execute, e.g. if you want the control panel to run type "control"
