How do I stop the explorer from going to C:\windows

Angry How do I stop the explorer from going to C:\windows

Every time I start the explorer (using Win98) it goes to the CWindows folder which starts to get really annoying. Anybody know how to configure the explorer to go to ... let's say C

Try a new shortcut with the target properties of

CWindows\Explorer.exe /n,/e,C
