Post Transair website

Is the <a href="http://www.transair.co.uk" target="_blank">transair website</a> dead, or is it something wrong here? When I try and go there I just get a File Download box saying "You have chosen to download a file from this location. /from transair.co[1]" with the normal Save/Run options. Very odd...?

Guess it's me then. Question two, what's broken? <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Win2k, IE 5.50.4522.1800, P3-1GHz, 512Meg. Every other website I've looked at works fine.

(Edited because I'm not allowed to say ******. ****** <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> )

Evo, you are an experienced guy as I have seen over the past, but also we have sometimes problems...did you delete the History files in Explorer, is there an auto-complete in the address bar and this goes somewhere else.... .I tested with W2000 and IE 6.0.2600

Are you using a web filter? I have to put "The Proxomitron" web filter into bypass to access Transair. The only site I have to do this with. I use Pilot Warehouse as I find Transair takes too long to load anyway.

I've already deleted history and temporary internet files but no luck. Odd problem - as far as I can tell I only have problems with Transair. Other sites using javascript and flash (common culprits, IMHO) look fine.

It's possible we're filtered - I'm at work, and we are firewalled and proxied all over the place. Don't think there is anything I can do about it if I am.

Unhappy

Well, I upgraded to IE 6.0.2600.0000 and now I get to the loading screen but no further. It may be Europe's best pilot shop, but I can't bl**dy get in to it. I'm off elsewhere for my DC-13.4's....

The phone number comes after the "Loading..." bit <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">

Yeah, I know, I could track it down - but to be honest, if they're going to be difficult then I'm going elsewhere. First rule of e-commerce <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

[quote]. .This site is heavy on javascript. .<hr></blockquote>

Just took a look at the page source and this is something of an understatement! Whoever wrote that mess will be first against the wall when the revolution comes... <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
