Can't open 'wps' file

I've received a document file with the suffix 'wps' and all I get is this:

Try saving it as a .txt file and open using notepad - you'll prolly lose the formatting.

I would suggest you go to Microsoft and download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. It allows you to read Office 2007 formats in earlier versions of office. You can download it form this link Download details: Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats
