Log In Problem

My PC knowledge is somewhat basic (it's a tool not a hobby) and I need some help please. On my home PC I can access PPRuNe but I can no longer log in. Since I encounter no such log in problem using other PCs I guess it must be something to do with the settings on my PC. But what?

It sounds like you don't have cookies enabled in your browser. Make sure they are enabled, and try again.

If by "no longer" you mean that you used to be able to log in from your home PC then it may mean that you have cookies enabled but the last PPRuNe cookie must be deleted. You may as well clear out the lot. Go to the PPRuNe FAQ and see the Clear Cookies link.

Many thanks PPRuNe Dispatcher and Brian Blank, the problem is resolved. I learn every day. However, I doubt if I'll have enough years left to completely master PC logic! I can actually understand my wife better than computers !!!
