Does anyone know where I can get a domain e-mail address, for example [email protected]? Is it possible to get such an e-mail address free? If not, who is the cheapest provider?

Unfortunately the domain 'wentworth.com' is already gone.
However for a free domain name with same email go to www.freenetname.com.
Once you have registered your domain, your email address becomes the same.
Go try it..... & let me know

I visited www.freenetname.com but annoyingly it seems it's not yet fully operational. Perhaps this answers why I was unable to register a domain name. Am I doing something wrong - is one able to register a domain name now?

Freenetname has ceased taking free domain name registrations for the time being so as not to degrade the service to existing users. They don't want to go down the same road as breathemail.net
When they'll start again hasn't been revealed on their web site.
Cheers.
PS - it's freenetname.co.uk NOT .com

Bravecatcher, www.freenetname.com is a seperate, unrelated firm, which is not connected in any way to the now ceased .co.uk business of the same name.

Masterplanet - agreed. Tried to log on to the .com, but the servers must have been down. That's why I felt posters maybe meant .co.uk.
Thanks for clearing it up.
Cheers.
