I'm trying to set up my own pc's mail program to receive prune mail as it come through ( ie bounce it on to my pc), but to do so, requires POP info.
Any help would be would be appreciated.

Hello Bob
As far as I understand it, the standard package is web-based e-mail. In other words, you log on through your web browser. You can't receive the mail through POP mail programs.
If you subscribe to the upgraded service, this provides you with the POP facility, together with some other benefits. You can see what's what on the first page after you logon (just under the welcome message) by clicking on the link there.
Best!
