Virus Warning Budweiser Frogs

Had an email from a friend who warns about incoming mail about a Budweiser Frog screensaver or programme. Dump it and call the sender. Anyone been affected yet ?

No, but received a file attachment in an email from a friend called NAVIDAD which my company also received and locked their machine out and emptied all their inbox. www.norton.com have a tool to get rid of it.
