Question Opening new window

I wonder if any of you computer experts can help, This is more a nuisance than a problem, every time I go to open a link from a web page it opens the new page as a tiny box in the corner of the screen and I have to maximise it to see the page, it has only just started doing this for no reason I can think off.
I have not altered any settings or done anything different and Iv'e been using this computer for two years.

I had the same issue and the trick is to use the mouse and drag the borders of the screen to the larger size. Then close down all the browser windows and restart Internet Explorer.

When the browser is restarted, it should open at the size it was last closed down as. Hope this works.
