hi,
maybe someone can help.
when looking at a webpage, is there any way of finding out when the page was set up or last edited??

in internet explorer: go to file-properties and it says when the page was created and modified

but all the pages i have seen today all say the same date, being 9/24/00

BTW i'm using ie5.5

no, there is no way.....unless you have access to the folder on the server

forgot, in very rare occasions you may find the date of the last update in the folder
cwindows\temporary internet files
but, as said, this is only on rare occasions.
Never found any info regarding this date.
