McAfee Site Adviser
I've got a bit of a problem withthe McAfee Site Adviser download which is available on their website here:

In IE it works fine but not so well in Firefox. Every time I close Firefox I have reinstall it. It seems it only lasts for one session. It's not that much of an issue at only 250 odd kb but more of a pain than anything else and I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than use IE.
Has anyone else using it had similar problems and if so, what's the fix?

All I can say is that Siteadvisor is working well with Firefox for me....
Have you tried following the support option from the link you give? The Mcafee virtual technician claims to solve problems..
