Comodo Anti Virus and Finger Trouble

After a spot of brain dead button pressing I've managed to block IE7 using the Comodo Anti Virus! I'm still able to use IE7 by disabling the HIPS application but this is a bit of a pain.

The process to unblock programmes is fairly simple: Open the blocked programmes list and unblock the programme. But as soon as the list is populated the Comodo window closes immediately, every time. I am, therefore, unable to unblock anything.

Is this going to be a case of uninstalling Comodo and starting again or are there any other ways around it?

Thanks in advance.
