Question Registry Modification to Internet Explorer

Is it possible - without reverting to third party software (which I'm not having much luck with) - to simply add a registry entry to ensure no-cache or no-transform is sent out via 'CACHE_CONTROL' in Internet Explorer http request headers?

If so, can anyone suggest the appropriate Name/Type/Data value and would I be right in assuming it goes here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Internet Settings?

Thanks, as always.
