edit/play 3gp video files from nokia on a pc

I want to edit a short video clip from my phone and convert to a file which I can edit and play using windows movie maker. Then email to someone with a bog standard pc which may not have quicktime, real player, whatever.

Any suggestions of a little freeware converter?

Try CloneDVD mobile from here - I know it works the other way around (DVD to mobile) but not sure about mobile (3gp) - other formats. Trialware.
