We've been mates since childhood...don't want to fk up his new machine, so will carry on when sober.

just making inroads into Blister...uphill struggle.

If you think finding things on Vista is tricky wait until you look round Office 2007 - everything has moved, been renamed, reconfigured or simply evaporated !

. . and the Word and Excel files are unreadable by previous versions unless they have a switched on IT eng who has downloaded and installed the fix.
SO, if one has been sending, e.g., CVs and getting no reply that could be the reason
Mine is now configured to default to .doc & .xls instead of .docx & .xlsx even though the old files are larger than the new standard.
