Anyone know anything about KHALHIDC?

Over the past few days, whenever I try to close Win XP Professional, I get a message to the effect that "KHALHIDC_MainWindow" is still running. And the system then sits indefinitely until I click "end now".
Norton Internet Security hasn't picked up anything (yes - I know - but don't let's start another Norton debate right now!)
Searching for KHALHIDC (including hidden files) doesn't come up with anything.
System seems to behaving normally (Start Up is very slow - and need to get into that with ccleaner)
Anyone got any ideas? Did I ought to be worried?
Oh Yeah - googled KHALHIDC and got one hit - someone with the same problem!

Do you have any Logitech gear on your system? esp. keyboard, mouse etc. It appears to be a Logitech process & I guess, the obvious thing is if you do have LT stuff, to remove & reinstall or update drivers & see how you go from there.

Brilliant!
I never fail to be hugely impressed in how quickly one gets a response on this forum!
Yes Parapunter - I'm using both a Logitech Alto laptop keyboard (Brilliant piece of gear!) and a Logitech optical mouse ... suspect that the culprit is the latter because I don't remember loading a driver for the keyboard.
Will reload the mouse driver - when and as I get around to it!
Many thanks!
