Mouse acting slow
I seem to recall that mice act slow when memory is at a premium.
Mine seems to "hesitate" quite often, not like wot it didn't before I formatted my HDD and reinstalled Win98SE (it worked fine before then; just a routine clearing of the baffles prompted the re-format). Downloading stuff from t'internet seems slower too.
I've tried reloading Win98Se again (without formatting the disc again...no change).
Any ideas?
