How do I copy and post with blue highlight?

Must be a stupid question but how do you cut and post with a blue background like the one above but one.

Use the Quote button in the WYSIWYG editor - the button is on the extreme right.

Copy the text you want to quote, paste it into your reply, then highlight it and press the Quote button.

Job done.
