PPRuNe Error Message
A colleague has just registered with PPRuNe and is getting the following message when she tries to post. We can't find any links to receive help from Admin.
The message is
Her messages are more than ten characters long. Can anyone help, please?

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.

I believe smilies and urls do not count as 'characters' so this might be the problem?

2) If this does not solve the problem, why not cut and paste her message and PM it to Saab or me?
