Connecting Canon 400D to Macbook Pro
Should the Macbook pro recognise my Canon 400D as a seperate storage device so I can just drag files from the camera to the computer?
Mine does not, however it does get recognised within iPhoto.
Cheers

Hi there. Can you run the EOS Utility on your Mac?
What do you think of the camera by the way. Had mine a few weeks here and love it. Took some cracking pictures at the Shoreham airshow at the weekend with it using for the first time a Canon 75-300 lens.

BRL, uninstalled the canon software and reinstalled. Works fine now.
This is my first DSLR and I am still getting to grips with the plethora of settings!! Having said that, it looks like a big boys camera and I can often be seen wandering around the house taking pictures of completely pointless things so it looks like I know what I am doing
Nutloose, will check out the forum, thanks for that
