Microsoft taskbar at top of screen?

How do I get the bar, that is usually at the bottom of the screen with the clock, and start button etc on it, from the top of the screen to the bottom.

I dont know how I got it to the top of the screen. However it is difficult to work with, so I need to change it back.

Grateful to anyone who can help.

left click on a empty piece of the toolbar, hold and drag to bottom, when at bottom let go,then right click on toolbar and select lock task bar and it will never move again

When you are done right click the taskbar and select "lock the taskbar" to prevent it from moving again.
