Installing IBM Via Voice
Win XP SP2, and have been through the wars trying to install this (from Serif).
Their tech support has been good, but has had me turning off services and not loading 'start-up' items just to get the install to run (apparently a known problem).
Anyway, I've now given up, BUT I have lost all system restore points prior to today and the System Volume Information folder is barring me from access.
Any ideas on the last item please? Full admin rights on the machine.
