It appears to me as though the site www.saynoto.0870.com has been withdrawn, killed or whatever. Anybody else tried it lately?
For French 08** you can get the "normal numbers" from

It happens... But you know, next time when you have problem with site address, just type url in google search bar, and it will show you what did you mean in search. Or for example you can search by keywords - 0870 numbers, 0800 numbers , and you will find this site in the first page.

Be careful when you use this site though, as their information is often incorrect as far as alternative numbers goes. I have tried to contact them to have incorrect details removed in the past, yet they choose to ignore my requests
