DLL Problem

I have had an unusual message appearing just after login on my Toshiba Satellite laptop for the past few days. No new programs or other software, apart from the latest Windows Updates have been installed:
"RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation
The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows System DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL"
The system seems to be working normally and without any problems.
I dont know enough abut these things to come up with a solution and I dont know who the vendor is or even what program it relates to.
Has anyone had this problem before and can anyone offer a solution or some assistance please.

I had this to on my computer with a gigabyte motherboard, do a google search for some advice.
In the end I deleted the Realtek drivers and programme for the sound card and the system then installed all the drivers but not the programme to support the card, but works. I wouldn't suggest you do this.
As time has passed now some better information than when I made the delete decision.

This is related to the security update recently, to patch the cursor vulnerability. The hot goss, and link to a hotfix that actually works, here.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448
Many users have had this problem.

http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/v....aspx?id=32163 Takes you to information on what it is and why it's currently doing what it is doing, Sadly another instance of Microsoft's current knee jerk reactions to reported possible exploit avenues and not really looking into the implications of there updates and as a result in this case causing a lot of people a lot of problems, still the offered KB935448 hot fix does actually solve the problem for Realtek system users.
