Having trouble printing pages from OE6?

I have tried many times to resolve the issue without success. Now I have!

Found a new website called TECHIMO.COM and also found that it was a common problem and to do with a dll file.

The solution is simple: Click Start and the Run and enter this Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll Click OK and your'e done!

I added my thanks to the many and now can print again out of OE!

Good tip!

This nicely illustrates the fact that even in Windows you may occasionally have to drop down to the command line to get things done.

Do we know which MS 'update' caused the problem?

BOAC, good question.

As far as I can tell this is the cause!

This behavior occurs if the Ole32.dll file that is located in the %Windir%\System32 folder is not registered correctly in the registry.
From the Techimo site.
