Cable net and phone package in US

One is thinking of getting cable-internet-phone in one package here in the US. Any opinions? One wants the BBC of course due to being homesick.

Here in Jacksonville, Florida we have COMCAST "High speed" DSL, Digital TV and just recently, Comcast VoiP (switched from Bellsouth). This last gave some hiccups to start with but fixed by their engineers after a few visits. All now working well. However have to say that BBC America is OK for BBC World News but otherwise seems to show reruns of Benny Hill!
I can recommend Comcast.
