Forum envelope icons - read/unread
Is it me? Are the envelope icons (used in the forums and in the PM mailboxes) the wrong way round? Wouldn't a sealed envelope be new/unread posts and an open envelope be stuff that has been read? Standing by for flaming!

You've got a point, although I tend to rely on the unread threads being bold to tell me what I need to look at!
