I know it sounds trite, but you WILL learn a lot from having a go yourself at http://www.castlecops.com/HijackThis.html and Google should come up with some places to post your log if you get stuck.

Castlecops is an excellent site for having qualified folk step-by-step you through a fix. Done this. Can be quite a lengthy process, if things are awry, with lots of infection.
If the learning curve for HJT seems a bit steep, go here http://www.castlecops.com/f67-Hijack...ans_Oh_My.html to post the log. Read the announcements first, and you may have to go through the clean up procedure, first, also. Really helpful.

Another place to try, especially if you suspect infection, is MajorGeeks. Very helpful and knowledgeable crew over there :- http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407
