'NoNameFL' - any ideas?

'NoNameFL' - any ideas?
I have just run Trend's HouseCall again (Win XP) and it appears to display files with this in the name, sometimes multiple occurrences of the word in a name. I cannot find these 'words' in a file search. There appear to be a few 'Googles' about it, some with hints at virus work and others just talking about 'Trend' stuff.
Does nayone know what this is all about please?
