Email sent twice

Folks, any ideas please as to why emails with attachments are being sent twice; just started to happen for no obvious reason.

I had this problem with Outlook Express some time ago.

Only happened when sending eMails with large attachments (eg photos).

Turned out to relate to the fact that I had the "Check for new eMail every..." option set to 1 minute.

Changed the setting to every 5 minutes, not experienced the problem since.
