How can you tell whether or not a USB port is 2.0?

Well I have found that if you plug a USB 2 device into a USB 1 port it will tell you you have a high speed device plugged into a slow port. Or go to your Control Pannel; System; Universal Serial Bus Controler

Go into Device Manager, look under USB controllers and if you have USB 2 you will see the word "Enhanced."
