Saving images
I've been sent a Word document with pictures in the message, not as attachments.
How can I save the pictures as jpgs?
Or any image format?
I can save the pics as Word files, but need to do so as an image.

Download Irfanview if you don't already have an image editing package.
Right click on the image in Word, select Copy.
Open the image editor, and Paste/Ctrl V. Crop etc if required. save as *.jpg.
