Aaaargh! Random button press!
I've accidentally pressed a button on my keyboard.
All of the toolbars have gone to a much simplified version, and I've lost some of them. Also the lower toolbar is now 'auto hiding' and I can't get it to stop, despite unticking auto hide!
What have I done?
Thank you for your help,
A computer retard.

I take it that you're talking about your task bar and windows (control panel etc) and that you're using Windows XP.
If so here goes:
Task Bar: Right click on the task bar and left click on properties. Make sure 'auto-hide' is unticked and 'always on top' is ticked. Then click on 'apply' and then 'ok'.
Windows: Right click on 'My Computer' and then left click on 'Properties'. Click on the 'Advanced' tab at the top and then click on the 'Performance options' button. Click on '.......For best appearance' (where ..... are words I cant remember coz I'm on a PC with a different OS at the mo!) and then click on 'apply' and then 'ok'.
That should do the trick.
If you're talking about something totally different, then sorry
