Dell have an offer on the Dell 810 printer/copier/scanner for £9-95. It has only one cartridge - tricolour - no black, costs around £15.
Does anybody have any experience of this printer? Is the black going to be 'black' when the colours combine to print text? Basically is it worth a tenner? I was just wondering if there were any problems with print quality with no black cartridge in the printer.
Or should I just soldier on with my 6 year old Epson 680.

Dell cartridges are really expensive and you can't get them in, for instance, Tesco. I get mine from IJT online. Most Dell cartridges cost as much as the printer within a few months.
