Postcode distance program?
As part of my flight planning, looking to include a section where distances between postcodes (UK) can be found, then converted to time, hence cost.
Would need to charge at one rate/hr for positioning from aircraft base to first postcode, then a different rate/hr for leg between postcodes, then positioning rate back to base.
Can anybone help?

Postcode distance information can be found here. You can query a single pair of codes, plus there is a batch facility. Bear in mind these are straight-line distances though - they may bear little resemblance to the actual leg flown.

Thanks for that - it's to be used to ward off speculative quotes - so straight line is ideal!
More after the software so I can alter it to my requirements - have found numerous tools but yet to find one which can be used for triangular routes

Autoroute enables you to plot postcodes and a route can be of any number of legs...... I quickly plotted the triangular route EGPK-EGLL-EGFF and it said 766 miles (ok, statute) but it could have been between any number of postcodes..

http://fly.dsc.net/u/Plan will give you flying distances between any number of points. It doesn't have postcodes, but it has a huge database of places that you can use by name, as well as aviation waypoints.
