Mobile phone Virus???
Hi Chaps, dropped one of me many nokias in the water months ago and about a week later it continued to function but all tones and vibrate were gone...... I recently lost another of me nokias which caused me to get a replacement sim card (same number). I put this in a nokia and almost immediately got a message entitled "PERS". I opened it and suddenly all tones and vibrate have been disarmed. When I went back into my inbox the pers message had disappeared even though I didn't delete it.
This is making me wonder now whether the original fault was not down to aversion to swimming........
Has anyone else here come across some form of mobile phone virus (it's not symbian by the way) and if so what were you able to do about it.
Thinking of teaching it to swim hehe!
Heeeeeeeeeeelllllppppppp!!!!!!
Fowlers flappin'

PDAs are converging with ringy thingies at quite a rate these days and the delights of a Microsoft operating system are just around the corner for many.
Have a look at Airscanner, which is a Pocket PC anti Virus package. I wouldn't mind betting that they haae something for mobile phones, either now or in beta.
