Sharing Emails between PC and Mac

Sharing Emails between PC and Mac
Can anyone tell me if I am able to share my emails between my existing PC Outlook programme , and my Apple Imac, which is placed in another room, and which I have just networked in with the PC. The Imac has MS Office, but the email programme in its Office is called Entourage, rather than Outlook.
Anyone encountered this situation before? Any help gratefully received.

Actually, with a little trial and error, I've connected the two, using the various account settings that I've already used on my PC!
The next step is to export my address book from the PC over to the Mac?
