I've got a Kodak camera (which is good) and the Easyshare software (which is not good!). I have successfully converted the .mov video files to .mpg (or .avi - cant remember exactly) on my PC at home (skiving at work at the moment!). Once I get home I'll dig out the program (it was freeware off the net). If the URL doesnt work anymore (it was a while ago I downloaded it) you can just send me an email address and I'll email it to you as an attachment. Suggest setting up a Google mail account if the file is large (I can send you a google mail invite if required I have loads).

cheers, and I'll be in touch.

Oggin

edit to say: Once the files are in .mpg or .avi format you can run the clips through Windows Movie Maker (supplied as part of Win XP) which can do the final conversion to .wmv

second edit to say now at home I can't find it - I have had to reformat my hard rives recently and it is not on my backup CDs.

Sorry.

However try looking here or here. Good Luck ! If in the future I find the program I used I'll PM you.
