Windows Shut-Down Issue
I think this has been asked before - but I can't find it.
I have left it on at times for up to and hour but it will not shut down.
Only happened for the first time today. Otherwise all is OK. I have installed a new (and paid for!) DVD copier - now there's a thought I am not happy about.
Any ideas please?

Well thank you for responding but I found the problem. It was heat! Been discussed before but the CPU was going bananas.
All it needed was for the window (the one that blows air in! ) to be open a little more and this cured it - it has been fine ever since.
It IS a problem with AMD and needs a larger heatsink but the real answer is ventilation.
Thanks again,
PPP
