Virgin Net 1 Mbps Broadband
I received an e-mail yesterday telling me that I could upgrade my 512Kbps Virgin Net Broadband to 1 Mbps for no cost. All I had to do was to click on the link in their e-mail........
Since then, every time I've tried I just get the same old message telling me that the upgrade service is 'temporarily unavailble due to the volume of customers upgrading'. Even at after 2300 and before 0600?
Seems rather a likely way of annoying customers to me - has anyone managed to upgrade yet?

Hmmm - must be the Power of PPRuNe as I've finally been able to get through. The upgrade should be more or less seamless but may take a 'few days'.......
