Keyboard Behaviour

Help..
My Daughters keyboard is doing strange things,
If she presses "E" the my computer dialogue box comes up,
If she presses "R" the run dialogue box comes up, and if she presses "M" everything minimises,
Does any one know how to stop this.....
She cant do her homework.

First guess ... a sticky key - Ctrl, Alt or some other ????

It was the one with a picture of the windows logo.
