Question CBT sound problem

I use an old UALCBT programme, for the Boeing 737-3/5 system review and the programme is running well together with Windows XP, except the sound part.
There is ecco when the teacher is speaking, and it's rather anoing, as it is impossible to hear what the guy is saying.
No ecco when running on Windows98.

System requirement(from readme file):
This program was developed for the following configuration:
* Windows 95
* Pentium 120 MHz or greater
* 16 MB RAM
* CD-ROM Drive
* 15 MB free hard disk space
* Sound Blaster 16
* Video Card with 2 MB of memory,
* VESA 1.2 or greater
* Monitor with 1024x768 resolution or better
(17", although smaller will work)

Any idea how to correct this problem ?

Cool

I think the problem maybe
Windows 95
as this is a completely different system to XP. The only thing I know that you could try is the compatability wizzard, start - programs - accessories, that may make it work.

I think that your sound problem is generated by your newer 32 bit sound card........ As the original spec is for a 16 bit card which will be less sensitive.
