Bullseye Network

I've somehow picked up a crappy pop-up programme called Bullseye Network. When I tried to uninstall it via Control Panel/ Uninstall Programmes, it came up with a "survey"- a pile of questions, which there was no way I would answer, since, presumably, they would wing their way straight back to Bullseye Centre, to give me more grief! (I would have thought that MS would have something to say with another organisation tampering with their OS set-up in this way.)

Can anyone give some guidance on getting rid of the blighter, please?

Thanks, as usual, in advance.

Tosh

Have you tried system restoring to a point before the damn thing got into your computer? Or Spybot Search and Destroy?

Superb bit of software called "PestPatrol", worth every penny. Detects the spyware that others can't reach!

But do you think that I should uninstall it via Control Panel/ Uninstall Programmes, since I would have to submit my details to them. Is it possible to uninstall the programe without this interogation?

2$,

Thanks for the page- but- went onto this website, downloaded a programme called Spycatcher, which appears to be similar to Spybot, ran it, went to get rid of the nasties that it found, to be told it was only a trial version, and I'd have to buy the "full" version to get rid of them!

If it had stated that before I wasted my time, I would have been more sympathetic. However it has just been unceremoneously uninstalled!

Thanks anyway.
