msconfig- Win 2000

I run on Win 2000, which doesn't recognise Start-Run-msconfig. What is the option for Win 2000 users? I want to switch off an unwanted start-up programme.

If it is any further help, Tosh, the link should be **\WINNT\system32\MSCONFIG2000.EXE
