Telewest cable broadband here in Edinburgh. Two recent free upgrades to 1Mb for the standard service as previously mentioned. Used by myself and my local friends and neighbours, no complaints, a stable connection.

Cheers funky munky...being a cheap skate..i am looking for the lowest price possible! Although the reliability and service you mention of Telewest does seem to outweight the costs!
