Circles in Excel
Every time i insert a picture into an excel sheet with perfect circle in it, or even inserting an auto shape circle. Hit the print preview button and low and behold we got elipses..... I can get round it by creating tables into Word, but as its a lot of work to re enter all the data, was wondering if anyone has any quick fixes..
I can PM a sample to play with.....
what I have tried is altering page set up, removing margins headers and footers, and even resizing the image in the sheet to give elipses on normal view so as it prints out circles....
however as they say, theres got to be an easier way...

One way of doing it, not very elegant but it works .......
Draw an oval roughly the size you need. Click on FORMAT ten AUTO SHAPE. Select the SIZE tab and make the width and height the same dimension. This should produce your circle!
Hope this helps
