M.S. office clipart
M.S. office clipart
I've just started writing Christmas card envelopes, and I've come across a bit of a problem with clipart.
I can drag a clipart picture on to the document, and I can also resize it, but for some reason, once it's been dropped on the doc, I can't move it around, or rotate it. I've tried drag and drop, but it won't move.
I've got office XP.
I've used office 2000 in the past, and this was never a problem.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks

Import the image.
Right click the image.
Click on Format Picture.
Select "Layout" Tab
Select "Tight"
You should now be able to move it around.
Dont know about rotation - you might try the "Free Rotate" squirly thing on the Drawing toolbar however I dont think this works on imported grahics. Other option is to open it in a graphics editor (CorelDraw/Adobe), rotate as required then resave as a new graphics file, then import that into your application.
Hope this helps.
