Windows XP 64bit

Hi a friend has just built a computer with and AMD 64 bit cpu and tried to use the Windows XP Professional x64 Edition disc, but couldn't find any drivers. Were can we find these drivers.

What drivers are you looking for?

You will probably find bog standard XP drivers will work OK on most drivers, if not pay a visit to the manufacturers website.

You may find some on manufacturer's websites, but don't expect many to have 64-bit drivers. ATI has some beta drivers I believe, but haven't heard about many others. As the 64 bit Windows is still in beta and not due to be released for a while yet, You probably aren't going to find many.

Linuk is the only OS that will give you the full benefit of 64 bit processors.
