Winword runtime error

Hi guys! just been doing a lenghty document when word crashed. Now it did auto save some of the file but when i try to open it or save it i get a runtime error and it terminates!

i'm using word 2002 on XP, could that be the issue?

Do you have a previous save of the document other than the auto save?
